It works together with our Privacy Policy. Quickie is an 18+ service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, do not use the Services. What are cookies and similar technologies? - Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be read by a web server in the domain that set the cookie. - Local storage, SDK storage, and pixels are similar technologies that store or access information on your device for the purposes described below. We use both first-party cookies (set by Quickie) and third-party cookies (set by providers we use). Some cookies last only for your session. Others persist for a period of time set by the provider. How we categorize cookies - Essential cookies are required for the site to work. These are always on and do not require consent. - Functional cookies enhance features or remember preferences. - Performance cookies help us understand usage and improve reliability and speed. - Marketing cookies personalize ads and measure advertising performance. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), we will not set non-essential cookies until you give us consent through our cookie banner or settings. The cookies and technologies we use 1) Essential cookies – always on Used to operate the site, deliver secure content, and keep sessions stable. * These are set in connection with our domain to enable secure content delivery via CloudFront. We also _GRECAPTCHA, provided by reCAPTCHA to reduce non-human attacks to our website. Note: We may also use strictly necessary storage to remember your cookie choices and to keep you signed in. Those items are essential and do not require consent. 2) Functional cookies Help manage additional functionality such as remembering preferences. - Current status: None in use today. - Future use: We may add preference cookies to remember things like language or player settings. If we do, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent. 3) Performance cookies Help us understand how the site is used so we can find issues and improve speed, reliability, and usability. Notes about Performance tools: - Mixpanel and Bugsnag may set their own cookies or use local storage to identify browsers and collect usage or performance data. - These providers receive the data directly and may use it for their own analytics in line with their privacy policies. - We configure these tools to help us improve service quality and stability. Where consent is required, they will not run until you opt in. 4) Marketing cookies Used to show ads that are more relevant to your interests and to measure ad performance. - Current status: We do not use marketing cookies. - Our infrastructure can technically support services such as Facebook Pixel (_fbp), Microsoft Advertising (_uetvid), Microsoft Clarity (_clck), Reddit (_rdt_uuid), and Google Ads (_gcl_au), but none are active. Some third-party plugins may include default integrations; we have asked our developers to remove such components to ensure they are not present. If we ever enable marketing cookies, we will update this policy and seek consent where required. Your choices Cookie banner and settings. Use the cookie banner when you first visit to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time by selecting “Manage Cookies” in the site footer or app settings. Browser controls. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. This may affect site functionality, especially for essential cookies. Global Privacy Control (GPC). If you are in a U.S. state with an applicable law and you enable a supported browser signal such as GPC, we will treat that signal as a request to limit or opt out of the use of cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Since we do not use marketing cookies today, there should be no effect, but we still respect qualifying signals. Do Not Track. Many browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. There is no common standard for responding to DNT. We instead honor the choices you make in our cookie settings and, where applicable, GPC. Withdrawing consent. If you gave consent in the EEA or UK, you can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings. This will stop non-essential cookies from being set going forward. Data sharing and international transfers Some providers listed above are located outside your country. When data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law. For details, see our Privacy Policy. Sensitive context Quickie provides adult content. We do not use marketing cookies and we limit analytics to what is necessary to operate and improve the Services. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Services or set cookies for minors. Retention Cookies and local storage remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Typical durations are listed above. Actual lifetimes can change if providers update their implementations. Changes to this policy We may update this Cookie Policy at any time. If changes are material, we will provide a prominent notice or request fresh consent where required. Contact us Questions or requests about this Cookie Policy: [email protected]. Content Moderation Policy

Introduction At Quickie+, operated by Quicker Media Inc., we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful platform for all users. We have established a stringent Content Moderation Policy to prevent the publication of inappropriate or brand-damaging material. This policy outlines our procedures for reviewing content prior to publication, with a particular focus on preventing harmful or illegal content, including CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), incest, bestiality, rape, extreme violence, and any other content that could damage the integrity of our platform. Scope of Content Moderation Our content moderation protocol applies to all user-uploaded material on Quickie+. This includes, but is not limited to, videos, images, and text content. All content must undergo review prior to publication to ensure compliance with our guidelines and applicable laws. Content Moderation Protocol 1. Initial Screening Every piece of content uploaded to Quickie+ undergoes an initial automated screening process. This process is designed to flag potentially inappropriate or harmful content based on specific markers, keywords, and image recognition technology. 2. Human Review Content flagged by the automated system, as well as any high-risk content categories, undergoes a secondary review by our trained moderation team. This review is conducted manually to ensure a thorough assessment of the content. 3. Review Criteria During the review process, content is evaluated based on the following criteria: - Prohibited Material: Content must not contain or depict: - CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) - Incest - Bestiality - Rape or non-consensual acts - Extreme violence or gore - Other brand-damaging depictions that violate our policies - Brand Safety and Quality: Content should meet the quality and ethical standards outlined by Quickie. Content that fails to meet these standards may be rejected or flagged for review. 4. Verification of Age and Consent For content involving explicit material, our moderation team verifies that all individuals depicted are over 18 years of age and that their participation is consensual. Performers are required to provide valid government-issued ID and proof of consent prior to uploading any explicit content. Pre-Publication Review - All content must be reviewed prior to publication on Quickie+’s platform. Content that fails to pass either the automated or manual review is rejected and not made available for consumption. - If content is flagged during manual review, it is subject to additional scrutiny, and the uploader may be required to provide further verification or information. Moderation and Escalation 1. Escalation Protocol If content is identified as potentially containing CSAM, rape, or other illegal material, it is immediately escalated to senior moderators for further investigation. If illegal content is confirmed, Quickie will remove the content and report it to relevant authorities as required by law. 2. Content Rejection and Account Suspension If a user repeatedly uploads prohibited content, Quickie reserves the right to suspend or terminate their account. Warnings may be issued for minor infractions, but repeated or severe violations will result in immediate suspension. Continuous Monitoring and Improvement We continuously monitor and refine our content moderation practices to address evolving threats and maintain a safe environment for our community. We conduct regular training for our moderation team and update our screening technology to improve the effectiveness of our review processes. Compliance and Reporting Quickie+ is committed to complying with all applicable laws regarding content moderation. Users may report any content they believe violates this policy or the law, and Quickie+ will respond to all reports in accordance with our moderation protocols.
