Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our designated agent. The counter-notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the removed material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  2. Statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  3. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Quickie may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Quickie will terminate user accounts that are subject to repeated DMCA notices where the user is determined to be a repeat infringer. Quickie reserves the right to define what constitutes a "repeat infringer" under this policy.


Procedure for Handling DMCA Notices

  1. Review: Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Quickie+ will review and investigate the claim.

  2. Removal: If Quickie+ determines that the content is infringing, it will promptly remove or disable access to the content.

  3. Notification: Quickie+ will notify the user who posted the content about the removal or disablement.

  4. Counter-Notice: If the user believes the removal is in error, they may submit a counter-notice.

  5. Legal Action: Quickie+ will inform the original complainant if a counter-notice is received. If the original complainant does not file a legal action within ten business days, Quickie+ may restore the removed content.

Quickie is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of all users' data, including during the DMCA process. Personal information provided in DMCA notices and counter-notices will only be used to investigate and respond to claims of copyright infringement.
