18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Introduction

This compliance statement is made in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, which set forth the record-keeping requirements for all persons who produce, perform, or appear in sexually explicit content. Quickie+, operated by Quicker Media Inc., is committed to maintaining compliance with these regulations.

Applicability

The record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 apply to all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on Quickie. This includes all performers, whether appearing in photos, videos, or other media.


Performer Responsibilities

Performers who upload content to Quickie are solely responsible for ensuring that all individuals appearing in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct are over the age of 18 at the time of the production of such depictions. Performers are required to obtain, verify, and retain appropriate documentation proving the age and identity of each individual, including a valid government-issued photo ID.


Records Location

All records required to be maintained by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 must be kept by the custodian of records at the following address:

Required Information

Each performer must maintain the following information:

  • Legal name

  • Stage name (if applicable)

  • A description of the material


Labeling Requirements

Each page of Quickie+ that contains visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct will include a statement that records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the custodian of records. The statement will be in a readable font and located in a conspicuous place.


Compliance Procedures

  • Performer Verification: Performers are responsible for verifying the age and identity of all individuals depicted in their content.

  • Record Keeping: Performers must maintain accurate and complete records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

  • Submission of Compliance Certification: Performers must submit a compliance certification to Quickie, confirming that they have obtained and are maintaining the required records for all individuals depicted in their content.

  • Periodic Audits: Quickie may conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Performers must provide access to their records upon request.


Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Removal from Platform: Quickie reserves the right to remove any content that is not compliant with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Performers who fail to comply with these requirements may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

  • Legal Consequences: Non-compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 can result in severe legal consequences, including potential criminal charges. Violations of these record-keeping requirements can lead to fines and imprisonment.


Regular Audits

Quickie+ reserves the right to conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Performers must cooperate and provide access to records upon request.
