Cache and cookies help websites load faster, but sometimes they cause videos not to load.

Open menu > More tools > Clear browsing data.

Select Cached images and files and Cookies.

Click Clear data.
Safari

Go to Preferences > Privacy.

Click Manage Website Data.

Select Quickie (or all) and Remove.
Firefox

Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security.

Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.

Confirm.
Edge

Menu > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, choose Cookies and cache.

Click Clear now.
